Cynthia Lewis Healing Massage
I provide therapeutic bodywork with a wide range of specialty services. I respond intuitively to support your well-being and tailor my work to meet your unique needs. Every-body is unique!I have been practicing massage since 2002, and keep my work fresh by continuing to study new techniques.Massage is not only restorative during the day—it can be especially powerful before sleep. A pre-sleep massage calms the nervous system, lowers stress hormones, and gently prepares the body and mind for deeper, more restorative rest. Clients often find that this time of day enhances the lasting effects of their session, carrying relaxation into the night and beyond.
For your convenience, I also offer in-home massage & evening appointments.
